Troy Sica
BHS TV TEAM Troy Sica is starting his senior year at Bellport High School. Troy excels in both Math, Social Studies and Science. He enjoys playing musical instruments that consists of both viola and piano. At the age of 14 he earned the highest rank in Boy Scouts, “Eagle Scout.” He enjoys taking up challenges by taking AP Courses and is always willing to learn new things. This school year Troy is taking a Video Production and BroadCast Journalism to helpfully expand his knowledge in the Broad Topic of Communications which he hopes to one day major in and have his own Talk Show. Troy has experience talking in front of people by participating in the school’s play since 6th grade and publically talking in front of people in Boy Scouts and in his school. |
Victor Rojas
SOCIAL MEDIA This young man Victor comes from hispanic heratige. He was born in the island Dominican Republic, came to America at the age of 5 and is hopes he can achieve his dream of being an actor. He is a sophmore from the school Bellport Highschool. Victor is a very quiet but kind kid. Back when Victor went to school in the Bronx he did plays for his school, he was in p.s 310 and was in their play Snow White And The Seven Dwarves and in Peter Pan!! He played the Prince in Snow White. |
Alexa Ferrara
PRODUCER This is Alexa Ferrara’s a senior year at Bellport High school, and her second year in the Broadcast Journalism class. After helping to start the class last year, she is now the Executive Producer of BHS TV. While she still has not decided, she plans to go to school for journalism/communications, and eventually end up being a producer in the entertainment field. She wishes her team the best of luck this year! |
Kanya Shah
ANCHORWOMAN & PROJECT MANAGER Kanya Shah is a junior at Bellport High School who plans to major in mathematics and minor in journalism. She is involved in academic extracurriculars such as Stony Brook’s WISE Program and the Huntington Breast Cancer Action Coalition (HBCAC) Science Internship. Kanya will continue to write for the BHS Clipper Newspaper and enjoy designing Photoshop projects. |
Valerie Fabian
DIRECTOR Valerie Fabian is a senior at Bellport high school. She is part of the varsity cross country team and varsity softball team. In her free time, she enjoys reading and volunteering by helping others at the library. In the future, she hopes to help provide education for children in need. |
Prince Olabode
CAMERA MAN Prince Olabode is currently a sophomore at Bellport High School. He is part of the Cross Country team and has recently joined Spring Track. His camera skills mostly specialize in stop motion animation, an animation technique that physically manipulates an object so that it appears to be moving on its own. In the near future, he would like to be a lawyer or a film producer/animator. |

BHS TV TEAM Michael Cross is a senior in high school that loves participating in many events and music. Michael is still undecided on what he wants to do in college but know he wants to go to college in Georgia. |
Katherine Gaynor
ANCHORWOMAN Katherine is a Senior at Bellport High School. She participates in multiple clubs including; French club, Culinary club, A World of Difference, Student Government and Peer Mediation. She is the youth sector representative for Compass Unity; the local anti-drug coalition in our community. She anticipates for college double majoring in psychology and sociology with a minor in political science. She is a 4 year cheerleader at Bellport. She enjoys being on camera and being in the spotlight. |
